On parties of 5 or more people a gratuity of 18% is automatically added. No separate checks. For parties of any number presenting multiple forms of payment, a gratuity of 18% will be added before payment is accepted.

Castle Hill Cafe’s philosophy is to offer the best wine available and the best values of the various regions and varietals at affordable prices so that great wine can always be enjoyed with our food. A locally owned and operated restaurant, Castle Hill is unfettered by corporate profit expectations and can price its wine, even highly allocated bottlings, at levels which more closely reflect retail pricing. Only selections deemed “ready to drink” are offered on the wine list.

Our wine buyer, Michael Vilim, has purchased over $20 million worth of wine as a restaurant sommelier and wine shop manager. Castle Hill’s wine list features 75 selections, with most being offered by the glass, and has received Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” for 2003. In addition, the magazine specifically recognized Castle Hill as one of only a few inexpensively priced, award-worthy wine lists in Texas.
